discosnp software package provides discovering Single Nucleotide Polymorphism from raw set(s) of reads, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install discosnp
discosnp is installed in your system.
Make ensure the discosnp package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep discosnp *
You will get with discosnp package name, version, architecture and description in a table
